Submitted as part of the Designer Bookbinders second International Competition 2012 and included in the competition catalogue.
 
Bound in goatskin of various colours, sanded and blind tooled. Heavy paper doublures and endpapers with sketch of an archer by the binder. Text printed on 150gsm textured paper and complimented by six in-text hand coloured linocuts by the binder. Edge decorated in acrylics and presented in a cloth covered drop-back box with leather panel features and suede lining.
 
The design is intended to reflect Henry's rousing battle call to his men - 'Cry God for Harry, England and St George!'. In the background is a representation of the French battlefield at Agincourt, with hints of the blood shed by both sides.
